Flat Fee Services

While many of our services necessitate a tailored estimate to accurately meet your needs, we also offer select services at standardized flat rates within our immediate local service area. Within 30mi. of 08050 zip code (Manahawkin/ Stafford NJ). ****All others, please request a quote.

*Pricing is for Labor only, unless stated otherwise and does not include the necessary sales tax. Material may be supplied by customer or Andy's Handy Services.


**Clients can expect our standard pricing structure to apply, including a minimum service charge of $150, plus tax, even for quick, 10-minute jobs.




Mailbox
INSTALLATIONS- Enjoy convenient installations with our inclusive pricing.

For wooden posts, we avoid cement to prevent rot, but we'll add gravel if needed for stability.

Metal and high-security posts are securely cemented per manufacturer specifications.

While we handle the installation process seamlessly, customers are responsible for disposing of any excavated dirt or existing cement from post removal, unless otherwise requested for an additional fee, ensuring a smooth transition overall.
